Lilly first became acquainted with people from the Shahs of Sunset world as Reza's customer, who was a Realtor. In addition to the realm which is reality TV, Lilly Ghalichi has launched an assortment of bikinis that are influenced by the lingerie line called "Have Faith Swimwear". Lilly Ghalihchi appeared on episodes of Good Day L.A. and Big Morning Buzz Live. In addition, she appeared in Bethenny: Get Clean Nadine. Lilly graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the Red McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and then attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles which she attended and graduated Cum Laude with honors. Lilly and Dara bought a 11,000 square feet house in April 2020 for $19.5 million. The property is across the street from Bel-Air Country Club and Hotel Bel-Air. The home was purchased through the estates of automotive iconic Lee Iococca. Lee paid $4.25 millions for the home in 1993. This is the same as $7.6 million today in dollars. Lee was able to arrange for an entrance gate that would allow him access to his exclusive hotel. It makes it easy to access and from the hotel. Lilly and Dara can take advantage of this convenience. The Iococca heirs originally listed the house for $26million. In November 2020 Lilly transferred the property's rights the home to Dara perhaps indicating that the couple were looking to split.
